The United Methodist church is the "soul" church in Hitchcock.  The newsletter "The Methodist News," affiliated with the local church has been printed monthly for 48 years.  It averages ten pages and is sent to 390 homes across the United States.

Sunday, April 20  GRAND EXTRAVAGANZA   7:00 P.M. @ the church
    An evening of music followed by dessert and homemade ice cream.  This is a fundraiser 
    for the baby grand piano.

Dessert of the Month raffle --   Fundraiser for the Baby Grand Piano
  Win a homemade dessert every month.  Winner will be drawn on Sunday, April 20
  Tickets may be purchased from the Church Pianists. 

April 23     UMW  6:30 p.m.     Pledge to Mission monies can be sent direct to Jodi Oechlse
                  or brought to the UMW Meeting. 

April 27   Tyler Andrews will be here to give a Gospel Music Concert during church.  
                A free will offering will be collected afterwards to help with expenses.

 

 

              



Every Saturday that Pastor Mark is in town there is a prayer gathering at 8 a.m. 

Pastor Mark would like to make    visits with all church members.  Please contact him  to schedule 
a time  for him to stop by and get to know him on a more personal level.  His goal is to visit every family. 
The visit can be at your home, his home, or in the church.  It will be up to you.
